Information, purpose and retention

Legal grounds
Depending on the context, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in relevant B2B communication, service delivery, security, and suppression handling. You may object to outreach at any time.
Sharing and safeguards
Information is not sold. It is shared only where needed with essential hosting/email providers, Billit for invoicing, professional advisers where necessary, or authorities where legally required. Customer material is not used for model training, marketing, case studies, or another customer’s delivery without explicit permission.
Do not send passwords, API keys, private model prompts, raw customer datasets, biometric information, special-category data, or unnecessary personal information. Unexpected sensitive material may be deleted or returned and the work paused.
Cookies
No analytics or marketing cookies are used on the initial DiscloseReady website. The hosting provider may maintain essential security and server logs.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection, and may ask for applicable data portability information. Use the secure contact form. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
